Eva Rosenbloom is a manager in RMI’s Carbon-Free Buildings practice. She oversees the strategic affordable multifamily housing and commercial building decarbonization workstreams in Massachusetts. Working with technical designers, building owners, manufacturers, and local and state agencies, the team facilitates the establishment of more systematic processes and programs that can expedite resource distribution and drive durable market shifts in building decarbonization. A registered architect with a graduate degree in sustainability, Eva has over twenty-five years of experience in design, project management, systems-thinking, and advancing industry practices with change management leadership. Eva has co-authored recent thought leadership pieces focusing on affordable housing decarbonization including “A Marketplace for Equitable Building Retrofits” and “Transforming Existing Buildings from Climate Liabilities to Climate Assets.” She regularly contributes as a subject matter expert on building decarbonization hubs and industry guidelines.
