Caitlin Robillard (she/her) is the Director of Real Estate Development at Allston Brighton Community Development Corporation (ABCDC), which is a community-based nonprofit in Boston, MA. Over the course of her 5+ years at ABCDC she has secured over $8MM in climate-related funds to support renovations within the organization’s affordable housing portfolio. To date, ABCDC has completed two Deep Energy Retrofit projects and has two more in the pipeline. Combined, these four projects will result in an average energy usage reduction of 64%.
Caitlin has worked in the nonprofit sector for nearly two decades, primarily in the affordable housing sector. She holds a bachelor’s in sociology from Boston College and a master’s in urban and environmental policy and planning (UEP) from Tufts University.
