Silvana serves as the Program Officer for Green Workforce Development and Income and Wealth Building initiatives.

In this role, Silvana leads the strategic direction for statewide Green Workforce ecosystem building, including the Bridges to Green Jobs program which aims to scale green jobs training hubs across Massachusetts that connect underrepresented individuals to clean energy and building industry opportunities; as well as the LISC Financial Opportunity Center model, which combines financial, employment, and income support maximization to boost individuals’ financial stability and goals.

Prior to joining LISC, Silvana worked as a Research Assistant while working towards her master’s degree in Public Administration, and in family and early literacy programs in South Florida before that, primarily helping immigrant families access local resources for education and financial support.
