Joe De Larauze’s experience sits at the nexus of in building decarbonization, climate resiliency, and affordable housing. He currently manages LISC MA’s suite of programs geared towards supporting state of Massachusetts’ affordable housing organizations with decarbonization of their portfolio. Before his time at LISC, he worked at Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH), engaging in the analysis of past energy projects, management of green capital project

implementation, and applications to GRRP funding for deep energy retrofits. Prior to POAH, Joe served as Project Manager for the Cambridge Housing Authority, focused on the repositioning of federal and state-assisted public housing developments to extend building life and improve resident benefits.
