Andy Winslow joined NEEP in late 2019. During his time at NEEP, he has cut across the organization’s projects
areas touching on Community Solutions, Codes & Standards, Policy, and Market Transformation. Andy works to accelerate the adoption of scalable community education programs called Energy Coaching programs, and whole home retrofit models, sometimes called one-stop-shops. Most recently he has been involved in the creation of a BPI certificate of knowledge called Total Energy Pathways (TBP) to expand the skills of retrofit workers and their project scopes.
