Ella Muré is a Senior Associate in RMI’s Carbon-Free Buildings practice, where she works to make building retrofits more affordable, scalable, and sustainable. She works across affordable multifamily and commercial projects in the Northeast, collaborating with building owners and public agencies to implement retrofit strategies and supportive programs. Her work has also included research and stakeholder engagement on climate resilience and innovative construction technologies.

Before joining RMI, Ella worked at the Urban Land Institute (ULI), supporting ESG initiatives in the commercial real estate sector and developing climate resilience resources for urban communities. She holds a BA in Environmental Studies, with a focus on environmental justice, urban planning, and the built environment.
