Aisling Carlson is Chief Growth Officer at Greentown Labs, where she architects the partnerships, programs, and market pathways that enable climate and energy startups to scale. Since 2023, she has led Greentown’s corporate and investor engagement, and accelerator programs, deepening alignment between entrepreneurs, industry, and capital. Her role has recently expanded to include international expansion and oversight of programming that strengthens the connective infrastructure between startups and the institutions shaping the energy transition. Prior to Greentown, she held senior roles at Sieo, Flo Technologies, and Anthemis Group. She holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA (Hons) from Trinity College Dublin.
