Sarabeth Erdman is a Consultant with VEIC, focused on the residential market and specializing in pilots, program solutions, and decarbonization planning. She works within both the affordable multifamily and single-family markets, leading research, conducting stakeholder engagement, and implementing technical assistance programs to assist building and home owners. Most recently, she has led the stakeholder engagement strategy for the newly launched New

England Heat Pump Accelerator. Prior to joining VEIC’s consulting arm, Sarabeth worked across incentive programs at the DC Sustainable Energy Utility. She holds a BA in Environmental Studies and Public Health Policy and is located in Upstate New York.
