As Program Director at the Building Electrification Accelerator, Seth is excited to support municipal leaders and partners across Massachusetts to advance equitable building decarbonization initiatives through technical support and network-building. Seth brings 15 years of experience in federal, state, and local climate policy and program implementation including as Senior Climate Program Manager for the City of Cambridge, Deputy Director of Building Decarbonization for the MA Department of Energy Resources, and Director of Decarbonization Policy for Abode Energy Management. As a former science teacher, he is always eager to help explain tricky decarbonization topics to diverse audiences. Seth lives in a mostly electrified home in Arlington with his family and enjoys spending time outside with family and friends around New England.
