PJ oversees property operations for more than 3 million square feet of multifamily housing, including over 3,500 units across 100 buildings in and around Cambridge, Massachusetts. With over 20 years of experience, PJ leads daily operations as well as capital planning and projects, with a growing emphasis on decarbonization and sustainability. A Certified Passive House Tradesperson, he was part of the team that delivered Harvard’s first Passive House–certified building. PJ holds a Criminal Justice degree from Bridgewater State College.
