Brian Palm is Assistant Head of School, Director of Operations, and Director of Admissions and Financial Aid at Catholic Memorial in West Roxbury, MA. In addition to overseeing campus master planning and construction projects on campus, Brian has served as Science Department Chair and has taught AP Environmental Science for 20 years. Brian has served as an AP Environmental Science grader and presenter for the College Board and he is an editor of Barrons' Environmental AP Review book. Prior to his time at Catholic Memorial, Brian taught science for 12 years and served as the Director of Environmental Stewardship at Brooks School in North Andover, MA. In this role, he oversaw deep energy retrofits to multiple campus buildings while managing student and faculty sustainability efforts in recycling, energy use, composting, and the creation of a farm on campus. Brian recently completed executive MBAs programs at Tuck School of Business, he holds an M.S. in Environmental Policy and Management from Oxford University, and he was a geography and environmental biology major at Dartmouth College.
