Ari Sugerman is a Real Estate Project Manager at Fenway Forward (formerly Fenway CDC) where he works to expand and preserve affordable housing in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood. Rooted in community-driven development, Ari manages the full lifecycle of real estate projects — from acquisition and permitting to financing and rehabilitation — with a focus on keeping housing accessible for longtime residents. A leader in Fenway Forward's climate resiliency work, Ari has spearheaded the organization's efforts to decarbonize its affordable housing portfolio. He currently leads the Burbank Gardens Zero Over Time Decarbonization Project, which is among the inaugural awardees of the City of Boston's Equitable Emissions Investment Fund and also received Climate Ready Housing Funding. Ari is also leading a solar install project at the Historic Newcastle Saranac Buildings. Ari holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Social Justice from the University of Rochester.
