  • NYSERDA’s Empire Building Challenge (EBC) has brought together New York real estate leaders, consultants and solution providers to advance low carbon retrofit solutions for cold-climate high-rises, while driving economic growth and renewal.
  • This session will describe a resource efficient electrification framework and technology examples that were identified within the EBC program partnership, including key elements such as heat recovery and thermal networking.
  • It will also describe a strategic decarbonization financial assessment process and tool integral to the EBC.
