Building Smarter | Funding Better | Delivering More

Retrofit USA 2026 is a national event focused exclusively on accelerating retrofit implementation and policy coordination across the United States.

This conference brings together decision-makers from government, housing, utilities, and the private sector to address critical challenges: how to meet building performance standards, unlock funding streams, overcome delivery bottlenecks, and scale retrofit activity in diverse market conditions.
Attendees will engage in working sessions and focused panels that explore replicable retrofit models, emerging regulatory frameworks, and proven strategies for workforce and supply chain development. The goal: practical solutions that can be applied locally and nationally.

Why Boston:
Boston has enacted some of the most ambitious retrofit and decarbonization policies in the U.S. It also leads in affordable housing retrofits, community-driven climate action, and innovative public-private finance partnerships—making it a strategic location to examine what's working on the ground.

Who’s attending:
City and state officials, housing authorities, utilities, commercial building owners, capital providers, labor organizations, nonprofit program implementers, solution providers advancing retrofit work in urban, suburban, and rural markets, and more.

Whether you manage a building portfolio, run a retrofit program, shape local policy, or fund projects— this is your place to connect, learn, and lead.
